Our Mission
Adriane & Anita were inspired to share the gift of sound healing with the world following their own fatigue and navigating the personal and collective stress of the pandemic.

“We live in such a driven and hectic world, especially being in the NYC metro area and working in such fast-moving career paths. Our nervous systems felt fried trying to keep up with the demands of daily living. Sound healing became a solace for us to balance our bodies and minds and feel refreshed to face the challenges of our day-to-day.”

We believe that spirituality is deeply practical, and requires us to simply show up to be of service to ourselves and the world.

The gift of a calm nervous system, and the daily practice of finding that inner calm is by far the most responsible form of healing we can find in today’s modern world.

One of our first sound healing experiences in a group setting was leading groups in the eating disorder inpatient unit at Penn Med in Princeton, NJ. Our heart-felt mission is to bring sound healing/therapy to those vulnerable populations that are most needing of it, particularly those who may not have immediate access to these types of holistic modalities. We would like to partner with hospitals, universities, and clinics across many settings to bridge the science- mind/body connection.
